What we are looking for:

• As an AD administrator, you are responsible for development ,support, maintenance and implementation of a complex AD infra

• The person should have an experience of working in an enterprise network

• Deep level troubleshooting skills on AD and Core infra services like DNS/DHCP

• Deep level troubleshooting skills on Azure AD and AD connect

• Working knowledge of ADFS

• Working knowledge on PKI

• Knowledge of certificates on ADFS/ADFS proxy servers

• Configure relying party trusts

• Configuring claim provider trusts

• Perform full DR failover testing

• Proving ADFS Metadata to Application Team

• Ensuring successful sync to cloud

• Knowledge of ITSM processes

• Configure sync rules and transformation rules

• Documentation knowledge, Creating Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis, Process Flow charts, Standard Operating procedures etc.

• Administered DNS, DHCP and WINS.

• Configured Group Policy Objects to create a secure Windows Infrastructure.

• Provided third level help desk support for problems relating to Active Directory.

• Created user ID's, roles, groups OU's etc.

MDM INTUNE :

• Experience in Administration and configuration of SCCM and Microsoft Intune in an Enterprise Environment.

• Experience managing an OS Image deployment for large corporate environment through SCCM and should good knowledge about Windows Auto piloting.

• Functional Working and debugging knowledge of IOS, Android and Microsoft Windows Operation Systems. Windows OS: Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

• Monitor, maintain and optimize the Microsoft SCCM and INTUNE systems and environment to ensure performance efficiencies and optimization.

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and perform root cause analysis on SCCM and INTUNE system and client issues. Manage Security, Application deployments, Remediation and Reporting on application and update deployment compliance

• Support for Group Policy and Desktop configurations.

• Must have solid knowledge and understanding of SCCM clients (hardware/ software)

• Good Understanding of SCCM compliance reports related to patching and 3rd party software updates. Knowledge and Experience in an enterprise- level LAN management, systems configuration, network directories, domain name services, authentication, email, security and backup functions.

• Strong knowledge on scripting language (PowerShell).

• Knowledge of TCP/ IP, DHCP, and DNS network protocols and services.

• Complete knowledge on creating dashboards in Power BI with data available from SCCM and Intune.

• Should have good knowledge on:

• Self-Service Password reset (SSPR)

• Advance Threat Analytics (ATA)

• Cloud App Security - CASB

• Azure application Proxy Web App Proxy

• Multi Factor Authentication (On-prem and Cloud)

• MDM and MAM policies

Google workspace-Gsuite 

Experience : 3-8 years

What we are looking for:

1. Google Workspace (Advanced knowledge of Gmail and comprehensive knowledge of all other core G Suite apps).

2. Google Cloud Directory Sync.

3. Message routing and associated troubleshooting.

4. Message Hygiene Technologies and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

5. Configuring and troubleshooting email transport technologies (DNS, SMTP, IMAP4, POP3, etc and associated desktop and mobile clients.

6. Planning and execution of email migrations.

7. Spam and phishing outbreak response and mitigation.

8. Mobile devices and Mobile Device Management technologies.

9. Ability to configure and troubleshoot syncs between AD and Google.

10. Ability to provide assistance to 2nd Line Support as required.

11. 2-3 years of Messaging support ideally on multiple platforms.

12. E-mail Monitoring, Messaging System health monitoring.

What we are looking for:

Sequence the application that can be virtualized (using the latest version of Microsoft App-V) following internal Roche documentation.

Create MSI, msix, windows store application package based on requests following internal Roche documentation

Package complexity determination as follows:

o Low complexity (no special base configuration; no association to the operating system functions; simple tests for system and integration)

o Medium Complexity (requires a special base configuration , has dependencies on user operating system function and/or other application; multiple tests for system and integration testing)

o High Complexity (multiple base configuration; has dependencies on user system functions and/or other application; communicates to other system, devices and/or applications; multiple tests for system and integration testing)

o Custom per effort required.

Test application compatibility for supported platform (e.g. Windows server, Citrix XenApp, Windows Clients

Integrate the application package in the SWD Tools (SCCM, Citrix) according to the integration document instructions.

Ensure installation and uninstallation capabilities of the application package.

Create Test plan to be executed by SQA/Tester.

Attending the kick-off/deployment meeting.

Support in fixing issues reported in the pilot phase. Pilot must be 100% success before going to Prod.

2nd and 3rd level support ( incident management, rarely also Problem mgmt), Queue management and dispatching.

Application package small changes

Archiving requests, perform uninstall tests.

Integrate and configure application packages into Software Removal Tool and processes.
